She became addicted to fly fishing 25 years ago when she first hooked a steelhead on the fly in a northwest river. She has an extensive résumé including co-founding Reel-Women and consulting for Meryl Streep and Kevin Bacon in the movie, “The River Wild.” Surpassing other instructors in terms of personal grace, Lori-Ann is a veritable Athena of fly fishing.

El Pescador offers lodge rooms and private villas. We lean towards the villas, which are roomy and very pleasant. The staff at El Pescador is exceptional, as is the food and drink. It won’t take long for you settle into the surroundings and be on a first-name basis with many of the staff.

Packages Include: The number of nights lodging and days fishing specified in your package, round-trip land, air and sea transfers between Belize City and El Pescador, hotel tax, sales tax where applicable, 3 meals per day and hors d’oeuvres, local Belizean beverages (including soda, beer and rum) consumed at the bar, complimentary use of all amenities (pools, WIFI, gym, kayaks, bikes, etc.) and a welcome drink.
