Tor and Shamus set out to fish the quick moving Blue River in Silverthorne. Water this high usually deters many people from fishing. With nobody on the water during this season, the fishing holes are abundant and untouched. High water can make dangerous conditions if you aren’t careful. Most of the fish are easily caught right off the shore.
Tor and Shamus prove that high water is nothing to be afraid of, and the fish are still biting. Check out this video to see the success.
Fishing the Blue River at high water isn't as hard as you might think.
Don’t forget to stop by Cutthroat Anglers to set up a lesson or buy some new gear.
