The primary fishable section of Ten-Mile Creek flows through Copper Resort, East, to the town of Frisco.  A recreation path follows the entire section, making for convienient fishing access.  There is available parking at the West end of Frisco, or across from the Copper Resort entance, just past the gas station.

Ten-Mile has been fishing well through the town of frisco, at the inlet to Dillon Reservoir, and along I-70 below Copper Resort. Bead Head attractor nymphs, and midge emergers fished under a small strike indicator have been effective.  The water is on the rise though, being a smaller stream some sections of Ten-Mile are hard to fish during highway water.  Consider fishing the inlet to Dilllon Reservoir more during this time.  Eggs, Worms, bead head nymphs, and streamers can be effective in the inlet area.
