The primary fishable section of Ten-Mile Creek flows through Copper Resort, East, to the town of Frisco.  A recreation path follows the entire section, making for convienient fishing access.  There is available parking at the West end of Frisco, or across from the Copper Resort entance, just past the gas station.

Ten-Mile is currently high and fast with run off, but is fishing well in its flatter stretches just below, and above Copper Resort.  The inlet area into Dillon Reservoir is also fishing well.  Attractor style bead heads like Pheasant Tails, Hare's Ears, and Copper Johns are good patterens to use here.  Smaller midge patterns are also effective in the flatter lake like secrions of this stream.  Never discount worm patterns during run off either.
