While we highly recommend guided trips to everyone — from first-timers and to seasoned pros looking to relax — we do rent a few items to folks looking to get out and explore on their own. If you’re heading out without a guide, we recommend coming by the shop early for tips or checking out our local Colorado fishing reports that are updated as conditions change.

We offer the following fly fishing gear for rent in Silverthorne, lasting anywhere from one day to one week. Contact us for available sizes, availability and next steps. Below pricing is for one day, and all renting participants must sign a contract.

• Simms Wader & Boots Combo ($50)

•  Rod and Reel ($40)

  • Includes line and leader. Rods are available in 4, 5 and 6 weight but subject to availability.
