Mike Anderson

Mike grew up in the outdoor mecca of Cody, Wyoming where being an outdoorsman
was the way of life. He was introduced to fly fishing while studying wildlife biology at
Montana State University in Bozeman. Float fishing soon became a passion. Mike was
given access an old John boat with oars and a rusty Toyota pickup courtesy of his boss
at a pizza shop and began rowing the classic rivers around Montana. Throughout his career Mike has shared his love for the outdoors with others as a ski instructor, a ski patroller, a fly fishing mentor for Project Healing Waters, and now as a guide for Cutthroat Anglers. Mike is a full time resident of Summit county with his wife, 2 dogs and 2 miniature donkeys.
