THE PURPLE HAZE

 The Purple Haze is one of the best general mayfly patterns out there and can be very effective when the BWOs are popping.  The Parachute provides great visibility and the fly tends to float pretty well.  This fly is most effective during cloudy periods and low light situations.  Use this fly as a general attractor as well.  It kinda does it all!
