Dillon Reservoir
Dillon Reservoir is located just minutes from the doors of our shop. It offers great fishing for rainbow trout, arctic char, brown trout, and kokanee salmon. Some of the easiest access points are located at the Dillon Marina, Snake River inlet, or Frisco Bay Marina.
Current Conditions: As of 12/5/25
Dillon reservoir has begun to freeze up and people are ice fishing near shore and the inlets. Early season ice conditions exist, so exercise extreme caution when venturing on the lake. Kokanee salmon and rainbow trout are being caught through the ice on various jigs near the traditional spot at the Snake River inlet.
